Welcome to my shop, where every piece you see is lovingly handcrafted by me in my studio located in Costa Mesa, California. Each item is meticulously made by hand, slip cast or wheel thrown and fired in an electric kiln, ensuring quality and durability.
Product Availability
Ready-to-Ship: Some pieces are already crafted and ready to be sent to you immediately.
Made-to-Order: Other items are custom-made and require 1 to 3 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity and demand.

Customization and Safety
If you find a product you love but wish it were in a different color, simply send me a message. I'm happy to accommodate your preferences.

Shipping Policy
At Luna Reece Ceramics we ship your package to you as soon as possible, but it may not be the same day that you order it. In general, please add 2-3 business days for processing time. If we anticipate a delay in shipping your item, it will either be noted in the description or a team member will reach out to you.
If you need to change an item in your order, please contact us. If the item has not left our studio, we are happy to make a change for you.
We ship our items from Costa Mesa, CA, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) and use either USPS or UPS. Our standard shipping rates will vary on package weight, your location, and time of year. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in eight (5) to fourteen (7) business days (Monday-Friday, not including Holidays).
We also offer curbside pickup for our local customers. Please select pick up and check out and wait until you receive a pickup notification to your inbox that your item is ready.
You should receive a confirmation email of your purchase shortly after the order is placed. If you don't see that email in your inbox, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important, because if you haven't received an order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking details.
At this time, we ship within the contiguous US to all 48 states and do not expedite shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in the same new condition within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at lunareece@gmail.com and include a short description of your return. Then, please mail the item in its original packaging, in original condition, and with proof of purchase to:

Once your shipment has been received and inspected for damages, an email notification will be initiated. If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
We highly recommend purchasing shipping service that provides tracking information, as Luna Reece Ceramics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items upon return.
If the item you are returning is fragile, we highly recommend packaging it accordingly so damage does not occur during shipment.
Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds and are considered final sale.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
